Village of Elida Police Department
- The Village of Elida Police Department provides law enforcement in the Village with two full time officers and three part time officers, Chief Jeremy Hollis and Officer Greg Bowersock are our full time officers. All officers have completed mandatory training at the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy. The Department has two fully equipped Dodge Charger cruisers.
- The Police Department is located at 200 West Main on the Plum Street side of the Town Hall. Since we are not a full time department many times the department office is not manned, however, during regular business hours the office staff at Town Hall can assist you.
- Since we are not a full time department, there are times when the Allen County Sheriff’s Department and the American Township officers respond to village residents concerns.

ALL EMERGENCY CALLS ARE DISPATCHED BY DIALING 9-1-1.
- Mayor's Court is held in Council Chambers normally on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. Only misdemeanors are handled by Mayor's Court.
- Bonds can be paid at the Village Town Hall office during regular office hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Night deposit available at 200 West Main Street Office.
