TaxesVillage of Elida Income Tax
In March of 2006 the Village Council of Elida passed an income tax ordinance. The effective date of the income tax was April 1, 2006. The tax rate is .75% (.0075).
The village is currently under contract with Central Collection Agency (CCA) in Cleveland, Ohio to administer the income tax.
ALL RETURNS AND TAX PAYMENTS SHOULD BE SENT TO CCA.
New residents are required to complete a registration form. Registration forms can be mailed to CCA or dropped off at the Village Town Hall. (Forms may be obtained at the Village Office)
If your employer does not deduct the village income tax from your paycheck, you will need to file an estimate form. 90% of your current year tax must be paid in to CCA by January 31st of the next year.
